Shipping & Returns

1. Shipping Fees

We partner with national logistics providers to deliver across all regions of Indonesia.Shipping fees will be automatically calculated at checkout based on the delivery address and the weight/volume of the package.For bulk (wholesale) orders, shipping fees may be negotiated or adjusted based on the shipping zone.

2. Delivery Time

• If the order is confirmed before 4:00 PM local time, it will be shipped on the same day.
• Orders confirmed after that time will be shipped on the next business day.
• For major cities or urban areas, estimated delivery time: 1-3 business days.
• For remote or inter-island areas, estimated delivery time: 5-7 business days (or more, depending on local conditions).

3. Tracking

Once your package is shipped, you will receive a notification via email containing a tracking number or link for real-time shipment tracking.Please use the provided link to check the delivery status of your package.

4. Return Policy

Returned products must be unused, unopened, undamaged, and in resalable condition, including original packaging and tags (if applicable).Return requests must be submitted no later than 7 days after you receive the package.Approved returns must be shipped back to our warehouse within 14 days from the date of approval.

Note: Sample orders are not eligible for return or credit.

To help prevent package tampering claims, we require an unedited/untrimmed unboxing video as evidence.If a return is agreed upon by both the buyer and seller, ensure the item is in the same condition as when received before repacking.Please include photos of the package showing key shipping information such as:

• Shipping service used
• Tracking number
• Invoice number
• Buyer and seller names
• Contact numbers
• Delivery address

You may use the nearest courier service to return the item, and please confirm with us once it has been shipped.

Note: Keep your shipping receipt as proof in case of disputes or claims of undelivered returns.

5. Damaged / Missing / Incorrect Items

If the item is received in a damaged condition, incomplete, or is the wrong item, please contact us within 5 days of the Proof of Delivery (POD).Attach clear photos showing the defect, damage, or discrepancy, along with a brief description.We will review the case and provide further instructions (e.g., whether the item will be replaced, returned, or compensated).For valid claims involving defective or incorrect items, return shipping costs will be covered by us.

6. Additional Terms & Conditions

• We reserve the right to reject returns if the above conditions are not met.
• For rejected returns, items may be sent back to the sender, and return shipping fees will be the responsibility of the customer.
• This policy is subject to change at any time. Any updates will be published on our website and will apply to orders placed after the announcement date.
